Accepted Payment

Accepted payment includes cash, check, credit/debit or health savings account cards (HSA/FSA). If you participate in any online-based services, a credit card number will be held at time of booking.

Payment is due before or at the time of service.

Current clients may make payments online via a secure Client Portal system.


I do not accept any "In Network" insurance at this time. Many insurance companies will provide you reimbursement for individual therapy services provided by Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW). I encourage you to check with your insurance provider if you are interested in pursuing this option. In these cases, I will provide a Superbill listing all payments you've made for services, which you would then submit to your insurance company. Please note this service is available for individual therapy services only.


Attendance & Cancellations

Individual therapy, coaching and consultation/mentorship:

Please notify me 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session time if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to notify me in advance will result in a late fee of $50 (pending medical emergencies or severe weather).

Groups:

Payments are non-refundable. Your payment reserves your spot in group.

Most groups run continuously, meaning they allow for a flow of attendees month to month. There may be sessions you cannot attend, and that's okay! I just ask that you commit to the particular session that you sign up for, as fellow groups members depend on your attendance and spots are limited.
